Started by Dolly, we have always strived for one goal, satisfaction. Our team at Dolly's has never stopped trying to give the best customer service to ensure both the customer and sales associate are satisfied. We are NEPA's #1 Prom Store since 1985. We first opened Dolly's in Scranton's Hill Section on Prescott Ave., and as of 2025 we have moved our operations to Downtown Scranton on Wyoming Ave. We are a family owned and operated Prom, Semi-Formal, & Homecoming specialty boutique. Dolly's offers a unique service to our customers, we register the gown and guarantee that nobody else that attends their formal occasion will have the same gown, if purchased at Dolly's Boutique.
