After 39 years in the Scranton's Hill Section we have moved to 117 Wyoming Ave. in Downtown Scranton. 
PROM has and always will be our thing. we truly are the first store to BE just a prom shop- With the largest selection of designer dresses! 


Dolly's Boutique, in Downtown Scranton, Pennsylvania, (formerly Scranton's Hill Section) has been in business for since 1985. We are a family owned and operated prom boutique. We cater our buisness to formal gowns for your high school homecomings, semi-formals, and prom. Dolly's offers a unique service to our customers, we register the gown and guarantee that nobody else that attends their formal occasion will have the same gown, if purchased at Dolly's Boutique.
