Dolly's Boutique, in Scranton's hill section, has been in business since 1985. We are a family owned and operated specialty boutique. Formal gowns, bridesmaid's dresses, shoes and accessories are our specialty. We cater our business to proms, semi-formals, graduations, special occasions and formal holiday parties. Dolly's offers a unique service to our customers...we register the gown and guarantee that no one else that attends their formal occasion will have the same gown, if purchased at Dolly's Boutique's Retail Outlet.
