After 39 years in the hill section we have moved to 117 Wyoming Ave. in Downtown Scranton.

Dolly's Boutique, in Scranton Pennsylvania's hill section, (now Downtown Scranton) has been in business since 1985. We are a family owned and operated specialty boutique. Formal gowns for your high school hoco's , semi formal and prom are our specialty. We cater our business to proms, semi-formals, graduations, special occasions and formal holiday parties. Dolly's offers a unique service to our customers...we register the gown and guarantee that no one else that attends their formal occasion will have the same gown, if purchased at Dolly's Boutique.
