Dolly's Boutique, in Scranton's hill section, has been in business since 1985. We are a family owned and operated specialty boutique. We cater our business to all your high school formal needs. Proms, semi-formals, graduations, special occasions and formal holiday parties. Dolly's offers a unique service to our customers...we register the gown and guarantee that no one else that attends their formal occasion will have the same gown, if purchased at Dolly's Boutique's Retail Outlet.
